New psychiatry patients
For new patients seeking treatment with our board-certified psychologist, we will need some more information to best evaluate your area of treatment. Dr. Griffith’s expertise in psychiatry grants him the advantage of screening for various eating disorders, including anorexia or bulimia. Prior to your first consultation, please fill out our Psychiatry Patient Questionnaire PDF and send it a week before your appointment via fax, mail, email, or by submitting it as an attachment on our contact form.
